Sunday Morning Inspiration - GRACE

Sunday Morning Inspiration -GRACE - Dr. Okechukwu Ekemezie

''For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came throgh Jesus Christ'' (John 1:17).

What is Grace? It is simply put as unmerited, undeserving favour of God to those who are under condemnation (sinners). It works together with love, sacrifice, mercy - these virtue made God gave His Beloved Son to redeem mankind.

Understanding the biblical depth and meaning of grace can take a lifetime of study and application. It is the same word we use to describe God’s unfathomable love for sinners. Nevertheless, it is grace that moves Him to offer us the free gift of salvation and forgiveness.
This is also what allows us to relax into another’s accepting embrace as he or she gives us the freedom to discover our unique journey laid out by God. So relax as we journey together down the path toward freedom and the wonderment of the surpassing riches of God’s grace!

"I'm not perfect. And who knows how many times I've fallen short. We all fall short. That's the amazing thing about the grace of God'' - Tim Tebow

God's nature exudes courtesy. We can rely upon that truth because we can see that God's deeds exude grace, both in our lives and in Scripture. From start to finish, God's Word reveals His love to those with eyes to see and ears to hear.

Even from the first chapter of the Bible, we see that God displayed His blessing in His creation of the world, in its plants and animals and, ultimately, in humanity.
Jesus was born to redeem us all because of grace.

As we celebrate the season let's cultivate the habit of applying grace to our daily lives by constantly living the life of goodwill, showing love and kindness to others around us just the way God freely gave us His son to redeem us of our wrong doings.
