This Everyday Oil Slashes Blood Pressure Drastically

This Everyday Oil Slashes Blood Pressure Drastically by Christian Goodman

It’s okay if you’re not the type of person to get really excited about tasty oil that just so happens to push your blood pressure way down.

That’s only one reason why this oil could make someone excited (besides the obvious yum! factor).
As it turns out, this oil is also really effective at combatting Alzheimer’s disease – and hey, it also lowers blood sugar levels.

The Mediterranean diet seems to include servings of all healthy food: green vegetables, red wine, olive oil, and portions of chicken and fish.

A Mediterranean salad typically contains fresh vegetables like spinach, lettuce, celery, and carrots that are full of nitrates and nitrites.

The nitrates and nitrites combine with the unsaturated fats found in olive oil (an essential part of Mediterranean diet) produce a specific type of fatty acid.

This nitro fatty acid inhibits an enzyme called epoxide hydrolase.
A research team based at Kings College London focused on finding out if this particular enzyme plays a key role in reducing blood pressure.

They created a line of mutant mice in which the gene for epoxide hydrolase was inactivated. They found that when the mice were fed a diet rich in unsaturated fat, the mutant mice had lowered blood pressure.

The study shows how a Mediterranean diet—with olive oil in the forefront—lowers blood pressure at the molecular level.
Even better, the same diet is shown to be effective for lowering blood sugar, Alzheimer’s disease and different types of cancer.
But if you really want to take your blood pressure head-on, you’ll need just 19 minutes a day.

With these 3 simple exercises, your blood pressure will nosedive. Check out this practical method to beat high blood pressure. Just click here…

E-cigarettes causes similar DNA damage as unfiltered cigarettes - Research

A new study from the University of Connecticut has found the vapor from electronic cigarettes, or e-cigarettes – which are often seen and marketed as a safer alternative – can cause as much DNA damage as smoke from tobacco cigarettes. The results surprised the researchers, who concluded that e-cigarettes are "potentially as harmful as tobacco cigarettes." While a flurry of ongoing research is attempting to determine the long-term health effects of e-cigarettes, the "vaping" trend is getting more and more popular – currently, nearly three million adults in Great Britain alone use e-cigarettes. Despite most research still being in the early stages, the majority of studies have suggested that e-cigarettes are safer than tobacco smoking .       “Therefore do not deceive thyself. Of all deceivers, fear most thyself ” It was Joseph Cambell who penned those immortal words. “Follow your bliss and the universe will open doors for you where there are only walls”. The journey to the discovery of Self is a great one which all mankind should strive to accomplish. The Self is a hidden treasure not known to many, but for men like Anthony Robbins , when he finally  discovered the awesome gems in himself and the magic it brings, rose from a mere janitor to a best selling author, speaker, entrepreneur and one of the world’s best life coach, because he did really ‘ awaken the giant within ’. But what does it really mean to ‘know thyself ’. The ancient Greek philosophy actually taught  ‘Gnothi seauton’  in almost every schools then, because to them, that’s the fundamental and foundation to having a blissful life. To know thyself means to know you are human, to know you are a fallible mortal. Gnothi seauton , as I understand it, is an...
